The first thing that I usually do with my clients is set up a phone call. I find that it is so much easier to get to know someone when you can hear their voice. On the phone we’ll chat about your ideas, what you’re looking for in terms of concept, the number of images you are looking for. We will also cover pricing, dates, location, and anything other questions you may have!
Once we feel like we have a clear vision of our concept, we will move forward in the booking process. I take payment upon booking (in the options of a lump sum, or a payment plan) to act as your security deposit. I find it is so much nicer for the client to be able to show up on their day and only have the photoshoot to focus on! Once payment is complete, the shoot is booked and is 100% firm. In the event of any unforeseen occurrence, the shoot will be rescheduled.
Your shoot includes professional hair & makeup + a 2 hour shoot with me, as well as a reveal of all of your best images 2-3 weeks after your shoot where you get to select your favourite images. As you choose your images, you have the option to add photos onto the original package that you purchased. Once you select your photos, they will be sent to you in a beautiful high resolution gallery that will allow you to download and keep your images forever.
